Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to assist with estimating, coordination, procurement, submittals, and project documentation. You will help keep schedules on track and ensure accuracy in material takeoffs and logs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, suppliers and field teams, preparing submittals, and supporting project closeout with as‑built docs and warranties. A relevant degree and experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required.
  • At least 6 months of related work experience required.
  • Ability to assist with estimating, coordination and project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support project estimating: review drawings, specs and bid docs for takeoffs and basic estimates.
  • Assist with project coordination: help managers communicate with architects, suppliers and field teams.
  • Help manage material procurement: gather pricing, create purchase requests and support buyouts.
  • Prepare and track submittals: organize data, shop drawings and samples; log approvals.
  • Maintain project documentation: keep files, logs and tracking sheets; assist with RFIs and change orders.
  • Provide field support: coordinate deliveries and address site inquiries during installation.
  • Assist with quality and safety compliance: monitor materials/installations meet requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Support project closeout: help prepare as-built docs, warranties and final records.

Job description

  • Maintain Project Documentation: Keep project files organized, update logs and tracking sheets, and assist with RFIs, change orders, and general project paperwork.
