Yeleen Beauty LLC Assistant Project and Marketing Manager

Location: Washington, DC · Part time

YOUR ROLE:

  1. Assist with project management and marketing campaigns.
  2. Help drive sales growth and profitability.
  3. Maintain and increase engagement on all social media platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  4. Provide outreach to potential partners including online influencers, corporate managers, and government agencies.
  5. Provide monthly progress reports and help identify areas for improvement and growth.
  6. Draft a communications & marketing roadmap to implement best social media and marketing practices.
  7. Help coordinate and manage events that drive sales and exposure.
  8. Point of contact for administrative tasks and managing CEO scheduling.
Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Draft three to four newsletters a week.
  2. Create two to four reels a week.
  3. Create two to three Instagram posts a day.
  4. Create a daily Instagram story.
  5. Create a daily YouTube short.
  6. Create a daily TikTok post.
  7. Create a daily LinkedIn post.
  8. Create two to four Twitter & Facebook posts.
  9. Create Instagram and Facebook ads.
  10. Create a weekly Live video via all platforms that offer Lives.
  11. Coordinate professional photography and video sessions for product captures.
  12. Cultivate new relationships with influencers.
  13. Implement daily engagement via other social platforms, i.e., commenting, reposting, and resharing content.
  14. Brainstorm ideas for social content.
  15. Provide weekly progress reports.
  16. Coordinate meetings and communication between CEO and potential partners.
  17. Help manage Shopify site and Amazon site.
  18. Research and help establish Amazon FBA strategy.
  19. Develop a database of online retailers and physical retailers to pitch Shea Yeleen products to.
  20. Book CEO for media opportunities including podcasts, radio, TV, and print.
  21. Draft story pitch ideas.
  22. Help manage holiday sales.
  23. Help coordinate packaging solutions like gift boxes for holidays and special events.
  24. Brainstorm events to showcase products and garner exposure for brand and special projects.
  25. Staff pop-ups, markets, and other sales.
