Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to lead and support clinic teams at multiple centers, primarily in Butler, PA, with travel to Beaver, New Castle, Grove City, and Natrona Heights as needed. The role supports the Program Supervisor in KPI achievement, onboarding, scheduling, and patient services.

• Experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor in achieving key KPIs and staff performance.
• Participate in interviews for open positions and onboarding of new team members.
• Create staff schedules and approve timecards; perform front-office duties as needed.
• Ensure labs, billing, and patient insurance information are managed timely and accurately.
• Support cross-department collaboration and staff training; uphold company policies.

Individuals should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health. The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.Highschool Diploma or GED requiredHours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)Start and end times may vary some, however, this position will work 40 hours a week with marketing and outreach efforts.The primary location is Butler, PA; however, additional locations include Beaver, New Castle, Grove City, and Natrona Heights, as needed. Must be willing to travel to all center locations. for coverage. Crossroads has a travel reimbursement policy which includes mileage reimbursement.The schedule below outlines the current patient hours.
