Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks an Assistant Program Supervisor to support the Program Supervisor and uphold Crossroads policies. The role targets four KPI goals: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, and NPS, while assisting with onboarding and training of new team members.

You will manage front office duties, assist with interviews, create schedules and approve timecards, handle patient concerns and insurance conversations, and coordinate with Human Capital on employee relations.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience.
• Experience in Office-Based Opioid Treatment programs is preferred.
• Background in substance use or mental health support is advantageous.
• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Supervisor and uphold policy and procedures.
• Assist with achieving KPI targets: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Participate in interviews, onboarding, and staff training.
• Create schedules, approve timecards, and manage front office duties.
• Handle patient concerns, insurance discussions, and liaise with Human Capital.
• Monitor staffing needs and escalate as required.
