Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Behavioral Health Technicians, including payroll review and training.
• Manage resident/lodge calendars in Outlook.
• Supervise lodge operations to ensure policy compliance by staff and residents.
• Manage room searches, UAs, and related security procedures.
• Ensure completion of shift notes by BHTs; assist with pass requests.
• Provide resident transport to work, school, and off-site activities.
• Coordinate weekend recreational and community service activities.
• Assist in Family Days coordination and attend weekly management meetings.
