Job summary

Tekla Research, Inc. is seeking a Test & Evaluation professional to support program management through planning, scheduling, and testing strategy development.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with travel to coordinate across geographically distributed test teams. Responsibilities include leading Test & Evaluation planning, participating in reviews, and providing TE technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or higher; Master’s may substitute for 2 years of work experience.
• APMT&E experience is required; Tomahawk and/or weapons experience is a plus.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule support for Program/Project Management.
• Identify required depth of testing for active project phases.
• Travel and coordinate with geographically diverse test teams.
• Communicate with test teams and participate in evaluations and reviews.
• Write Test and Evaluation Master Plans and strategies; provide TE technical advice.

Position Description

• Support Program Management or project management services in the form of planning and scheduling
• Identify and support appropriate types of depth of testing required for the active phase of projects
• Ability to Travel and work with geographically diverse test teams
• Communicating and working with test teams
• Participating in other acquisition/test and evaluation functions as necessary
• Writing Test and Evaluation Management Plans/Master Test & Evaluation Strategy
• Provide T&E technical advice
• Experience holding Test Plan Working Groups including WIPT and TPWG as needed
• Participate in program technical reviews, Deficiency Reviews, System Verifications Review and others as necessary
• Support technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches

Required Experience

• Previous APMT&E experience
• Tomahawk and/or weapons experience a plus

Salary

The projected salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on education, experience and contractual requirements.
