Job summary

HRB in Lexington Park, MD seeks a Program/Project Management professional with Test & Evaluation emphasis. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling, defining depth of testing, and coordinating with dispersed test teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• APMT&E experience preferred; Tomahawk/weapons experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Management or project management services in planning and scheduling.
• Identify and support appropriate testing depth for active phase of projects.
• Travel and work with geographically diverse test teams.
• Communicate with test teams.
• Participate in acquisition/test and evaluation functions as necessary.
• Write Test and Evaluation Master Plans/Strategies.
• Provide T&E technical advice.
• Lead Test Plan Working Groups as needed.
• Participate in program technical reviews and deficiencies reviews.
• Support studies and planning to refine test verification methods.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field

Master's Degree substitute for 2 years of work experience
