Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, 1 year in Human Services or related field.
• 1 year administrative experience.
• 2 years minimum experience with individuals diagnosed with ID.
• AMAP, SCIP-R and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Valid driver's license required (must drive large vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain up-to-date records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team and staff meetings.
• Assist in agenda creation and staff communications.
• Collaborate with consultants, especially Psychologist, on programming.
• Ensure safety and health requirements are observed across shifts.
• Track medical appointments, medication inventory and referrals.
• Coordinate transportation for day programming and medical appointments.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and ITT reviews.
• Schedule staff and manage coverage during emergencies.
• Direct care and support skill development for individuals.
