Job summary

Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) in Worcester, MA is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule. The position is eligible for benefits and starts at $20/hr.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable training to start and advance your career at CRJ. You will supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, support and teach clients new skills related to Individual Service Plans, model a positive lifestyle, and document medications and progress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips
• Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan
• Acting as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings
• Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance
