Qualifications

Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience serving children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced and LICSW-licensed clinician for the role of Assistant Program Director to help lead our growing Outpatient Telehealth team!

This is a fully REMOTE, telehealth opportunity!

The Assistant Program Director will serve as a supervising therapist and contact for our clients, assisting in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. Responsibilities include managing direct care staff, content and implementation of treatment plans, and supervising clinical staff for licensure.

The Assistant Program Director will carry a caseload of approximately 13 hours in addition to supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• LICSW Independent clinical license in Massachusetts - Required by time of hire
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
• Must provide supervision for licensure
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
