Job summary

Unity House of Troy is seeking an Assistant Program Director to join the Supported Housing program team in Troy, NY. This role reports to the Program Director and will help ensure program operations align with regulations and the agency's mission.

The position offers hybrid work and may include a sign-on bonus, with responsibilities spanning service development, billing compliance, daily coordination, data quality, and senior coverage in the director's absence.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience in the mental health field and with multiple populations.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field and prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and clean NYS driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program services.
• Ensure Medicaid billing is compliant with rules and regulations.
• Coordinate and organize daily functioning of the program.
• Assist with reporting/data quality.
• Assist with supervision of the program in the absence of the program director.
• Attend to caseload assigned to you.
• Promote an environment of belonging and inclusion.
