Job summary

Unity House of Troy Inc in Troy, NY is seeking an Assistant Program Director to join the Supported Housing program team. The role works with the Program Director to ensure services align with regulatory guidance, agency policy, and the organization's mission.

This full-time hourly position offers hybrid work, a salary range of $22.02 to $23.15 per hour, and benefits including time off, health insurance, and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in the mental health field and with multiple populations.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid NYS driver license required; reliable vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program services.
• Ensure Medicaid billing is compliant with rules and regulations.
• Coordinate and organize daily functioning of the program.
• Assist with reporting/data quality.
• Assist with supervision of the program in the absence of the program director.
• Attend to caseload assigned to you.
• Promote an environment of belonging and inclusion.
