Overview

Northeast Family Services is a leading mental health provider with over 20 years of experience serving children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced clinician (LMSW or LMHC) with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as an Assistant Program Director.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff.
  2. Manage direct care staff and oversee in-home treatment plans.
  3. Support staff through orientation, model and coach clinical practices.
  4. Complete intake assessments and review treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record.
  5. Provide weekly supervision and model case opening procedures.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • NY state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMHC with diagnostic privilege).
  • At least 2 years supervising clinicians in a home or community setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
