We are seeking an experienced clinician (LMSW or LMHC) with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as an Assistant Program Director.

The Assistant Program Director will provide clinical and administrative supervision for our Home and Community Based services staff, who offer structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include managing direct care staff, overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
  • NY state licensure as LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege
  • Minimum 2 years supervising clinicians in home or community settings with children, youth, adolescents, and families
  • Proficient in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Essential Functions

  • Completing Intake Assessments
  • Supporting new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching
  • Reviewing Treatment Plans within the Electronic Health Record
  • Providing weekly clinical and task supervision
  • Modeling case opening processes, including initial home visits

Compensation

  • Full Time: $75,000 - $80,000
