Position Type
This is a full-time, exempt position with a regular daytime schedule that may include an evening shift and rotating on-call responsibilities with the Program Director. Lantern staff may be asked to change work schedule and hours depending on the operational needs of the site and the agency.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Assistant Program Director (APD) to partner with the Program Director in managing the program. The APD should have experience in mental health service delivery, working with formerly homeless individuals, or clients impacted by chronic medical conditions, substance use, and criminal justice involvement. The role requires strong supervisory and administrative skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and mastery of navigating mental health systems to access comprehensive services for clients.
The Assistant Program Director will supervise the case management team, ensure service quality, develop a high-functioning team environment, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, belonging, inclusion, and justice.
