Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our client care programs in partnership with the Program Director. The role involves ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and supporting daily operations to deliver quality mental health services for children, adults, and families.

The position requires an MA license (LICSW or LMHC), a Master’s in a related field, and experience supervising and guiding program delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
• Ensure programs compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director and collaborate with the Assistant Program Director to support supervision and licensure processes.
• Assist in program quality management and service delivery improvements.

Education

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
