Job summary

You will deliver recovery‑oriented services in the field and supervise staff, promoting community integration and stability for adults with serious mental illness and co‑occurring challenges. Master's degree with licensure is required, and supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with licensure in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• At least three years' experience in mental health or substance use treatment, ACT preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership on a mobile, community-based ACT team.
• Deliver recovery oriented services in the field, ~80% of work on-site in the community.
• Supervise staff, ensure programmatic oversight, and cover duties in the absence of the Director.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and weekly reports.
