Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Assistant Program Director for our esteemed Riverside School!
The Riverside School is a 766-approved Private Therapeutic Day School which provides student-centered educational experiences that are clinically intensive and foster a culture of mutual respect and appreciation for growth and learning. Our services support opportunities for leadership within an educational environment that focuses on students' academic achievement, social emotional functioning, and community engagement. The Riverside School serves students in grades 6-12 offering a low student-teacher ratio within the classroom, structured group and individual therapy, and opportunities to engage in the larger community. Our educational and clinical staff work collaboratively to ensure students are progressing in both their academic and therapeutic development, with skilled educational and clinical professionals. The Assistant Program Director will work in close coordination with the Riverside Program Director, providing day-to-day administrative oversight and management of the Riverside School, including daily meetings to ensure consistency across the Milford and Needham school sites.In collaboration with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director oversees and manages critical duties across both school sites, including staff training and supervision, IEP oversight, service delivery oversight, quarterly progress notes and report cards, curriculum management, consistent communication with sending school districts, and compliance with the state and program policies.
In the absence of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director will be the administrator responsible for the oversight of both the Needham and Milford school sites.
Salary: $93,371.20/year
The Riverside School is a 12-month school.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM with full on-site and in-person programming.
