Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator in Greentree, PA. This full-time role offers $20.00 per hour with DailyPay available and is designed to support individuals in achieving independence within a community home setting.

You will assist with oversight of daily operations, supervise Residential Specialists, coordinate medical appointments, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.
• Experience with basic computer applications, including MS Office, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight and daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA).
• Support individuals in achieving meaningful daily activities and greater independence.
• Supervise and mentor Residential Specialists; support staff development and compliance.
• Coordinate medical appointments, medication management, documentation review, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct program oversight activities including quality inspections, fire drills, scheduling support, incident management, and maintaining a safe, clean, compliant home environment.
