PathPoint is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead our Supported Employment (ISE) program in Bakersfield, CA 93309. ISE aims to help individuals secure competitive employment with local businesses. PathPoint provides a job coach who offers intensive support initially and gradually transitions support as the employee gains independence, while also serving as a liaison between the employee and employer. As the Assistant Program Coordinator, you will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our services.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, the position for the schedule varies; the ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends is required.
Starting Pay: $24.25 per hour. The pay range for this position is $23.04- $25.46 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).
