Job summary

PathPoint in Bakersfield, CA seeks a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead our Supported Employment program (ISE). You will support program operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver’s license with at least 5 years driving history, satisfactory driving record, and eligibility for PathPoint insurance program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Coordinator with administrative duties and staff training.
• Document hours of service and assist with monthly billing.
• Ensure assigned individuals are present and performing tasks safely.
• Supervise individuals learning skills at PathPoint sites, in the community, and at job sites.
• Act as liaison between employer and persons served; coordinate with community partners.
• Model professional conduct and respect toward individuals with disabilities.
