Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of school psychology, commencing August 1, 2027. Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in school psychology or closely related field; must be completed by Aug 1, 2027.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility as a school psychologist in Tennessee.
• Documented experience in school psychology including practicum/internship.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and mentorship.
• Commitment to working effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses such as Psychological Testing, Assessment and Intervention, Behavioral Consultation and related courses.
• Coordinate the school psychology training program and pursue NASP accreditation efforts.
• Supervise practicum and internship placements; mentor graduate students.
• Serve on graduate research committees as needed; engage in research with students.
• Maintain high standards of instruction and professional integrity.
