Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent entry-level degree.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in New Hampshire.
  • Completion of, or progress toward, a terminal academic doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, ScD).
  • Minimum of 8 years of contemporary clinical experience in physical therapy practice.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching in a graduate professional PT education setting, including classroom and lab instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Course Coordination - primary instructor and/or course coordinator for multiple courses; deliver classroom and lab instruction emphasizing clinical reasoning, examination, and intervention skills.
  • Develop and maintain course materials, assessments, and learning activities aligned with outcomes and accreditation standards.
  • Advise and mentor DPT and undergraduate Allied Health students as assigned.
