Fairfield University seeks applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professors in Finance starting Fall 2026. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Finance by September 1, 2026, and should demonstrate a commitment to engaged teaching and an active research program. The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level in the Finance Department, beginning Fall 2026 and subject to budget approval. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Finance by September 1, 2026 and have an active research program with demonstrated potential to publish high quality research in peer-reviewed journals. All areas of finance will be considered. Candidates must have a strong commitment to engaged teaching. Commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom are required. A faculty member may teach at either the Fairfield and/or Bridgeport campus in person and online. Service to the department, school of business, university, community, and profession is expected.
