Qualifications

Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Consumer Affairs, Business, Economics, Family and Consumer Sciences, or closely related field with at least one graduate degree by Aug 1, 2027.
Specialization in consumer affairs, consumer protection, personal finance, consumer advocacy, housing issues, resource management, or closely related field.
Demonstrated potential for teaching at the college level and for a productive research program.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in personal and financial management, consumer life skills, housing, and related topics.
Mentor and advise students and participate in faculty advisement for student groups.
Engage in curriculum development and contribute to scholarly activities leading to publications.
