• Ph.D. in Nutrition or related field completed.
• At least 2 years of postdoctoral experience or prior academic appointment.
• Demonstrated record of peer‑reviewed publications in high‑impact journals.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire research funding and support a program.

Responsibilities

• Establish a nationally recognized, externally funded research program.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
• Integrate research into department, college, and university priorities.
• Collaborate with CSU and industry partners.
