Assistant Professor in Learning Design & Technology at the University of Hawaii - College of Education, Manoa campus, Hawaii. This 9-month, tenure-track role expects teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in face-to-face, online and hybrid formats, advising students, maintaining research activity, and contributing to accreditation efforts.

Appointment begins August 2027 or soon thereafter; salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Formación

• Earned doctorate in Learning Design and Technology or Educational Technology; ABD considered if conferred by hire date.
• Evidence of research productivity and publications.
• Experience delivering face-to-face, online and hybrid teaching.
• Expertise with innovative technologies for building workforce skills and tech literacy.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in face-to-face, online and hybrid formats.
• Advise graduate students in traditional and distance education modes.
• Hold in-person office hours to support student learning.
• Attend in-person departmental and college meetings.
• Maintain an active program of research and publication.
• Participate in accreditation processes and documentation.
• Provide service to department, college, university, and community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
