Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent doctoral degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, metabolism, immunology, systems biology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in mass spectrometry-based metabolomics and/or lipidomics.
• Experience developing and implementing quantitative workflows for metabolic profiling of cells and tissues.
• Strong record of collaborative research and scholarly productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of MS-based metabolomic and lipidomic workflows for cellular and tissue analyses.
• Collaborate with investigators across the department to design and interpret metabolomic studies.
• Develop and apply analytical approaches for metabolic flux analysis, including stable isotope tracer experiments.
• Integrate metabolomic data with multiomics to generate mechanistic insights into immune cell fate and function.
• Provide expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation for collaborative projects.
• Contribute to grant applications, publications, and training of students and researchers in metabolomics.
