Qualifications

• Ph.D./D.B.A. in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field from an AACSB-International accredited school.
• ABD with completion expected by August 1, 2027 from an AACSB-International accredited school will be considered.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and scholarly publication consistent with AACSB standards; ability to teach across undergraduate and graduate programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate (BSBA and BSIB) and graduate (MBA) courses related to Operations and Global Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrate potential to conduct scholarly activities and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Engage with the business community, develop new courses and programs, and pursue research grants.
• Provide service through mentoring students and departmental/institutional activities.
