Job summary

Bryant University’s Department of Information Systems and Analytics invites applications for a Lecturer position for the Spring 2027 term. The lecturer will contribute to undergraduate and graduate programs in IS, Data Science, Business Analytics and Applied AI, with emphasis on IT Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and IT Security and Risk Management.

Commitment to teaching excellence is essential and service at department, college and university levels is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Data Science or similar).
• Significant professional experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the university level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in IS, Analytics, IT infrastructure and related topics.
• Develop and deliver course materials integrating industry practices and AI applications.
• Contribute to ISA curriculum development and accreditation through service activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and mentor Bryant students to enhance outcomes.
• Build connections with business community to support experiential learning.
