Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Organizational Change and the Future of Work, starting August 27, 2027. The Department of Management seeks a scholar whose research and teaching address how organizations anticipate, lead, and adapt to major changes in work, technology, and talent systems.

The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and graduate programs and develop innovative courses

Qualifications

Earned doctorate or appropriate terminal degree.
Record of achievement and potential for future success in research, scholarship or creative activity.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching all students.
A record that demonstrates interest and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses with a focus on student success and outcomes.
Develop innovative courses such as Organizational Change and Development and Future of Work.
Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and community-engaged scholarship.
Contribute to scholarship and service at department and university level.
