Montclair State University seeks a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives, developing strategies to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Onsite and/or hybrid work arrangement with regular campus presence.
You will partner with project teams and leaders, build readiness, manage training, communications, and stakeholder engagement to minimize disruption and drive sustainable outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of PMO Operations, the Change Manager leads organizational change initiatives by developing and executing strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role partners with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to minimize disruption, build organizational readiness, and ensure employees are equipped to embrace change. Success in this role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management expertise to drive sustainable business outcomes. This position is expected to work onsite and/or in a hybrid work arrangement based on business and operational needs. This position requires regular on-campus presence, as determined by the department and the needs of the role. Continued employment in this position is contingent upon the project's duration, workload needs, and available funding.

Salary Range $125,000.00-$135,000.00 Annually

Salary offers for internal employees who are part of a collective bargaining unit (CBU) and are applying to a position that is within a CBU will be determined in accordance with contractual provisions.
