Qualifications

• PhD, MD/PhD or equivalent in computer science, computational biology, biomedical data science, bioinformatics, biostatistics, statistics, or related field.
• Evidence of strong research productivity and potential to develop an independent, externally funded program.
• Expertise in AI, ML, computational biology, quantitative modeling, or related computational methods for molecular medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a highly collaborative researcher within multidisciplinary biomedical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous, externally funded research programs in Biomedical AI and Computational Molecular Medicine.
• Publish high-impact research and compete for extramural funding.
• Collaborate with CMGM, Massey Cancer Center, Wright Center, and School of Medicine investigators.
• Teaching of graduate and professional education in related areas.
• Participate in department, school, university, and professional service.
