Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining chemical inventory and setting up foam production equipment.
• Operate conveyor belts, RS flattening units, and poly film systems.
• Cut scrap foam and production samples to ensure quality standards.
• Record production data accurately and help troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Use a forklift to transport foam blocks, raw materials, and waste items.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
• Forklift experience a plus (training may be provided).
