Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production setting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, walking).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of production management experience.
• Financial literacy to analyze production costs and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes with the Production Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet production targets while upholding quality and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support and motivate team members to maintain a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Foster a service-oriented culture delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance through regular inspections and training initiatives.
• Oversee wastewater processes to optimize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance for smooth operations.
• Assist in development and implementation of production schedules and improve operations.
• Collaborate across departments to align production goals with business objectives.
• Demonstrate strategic agility to adapt to change and drive long-term success.
• Support employee transitions by assisting in hiring, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
