Job summary

The Assistant Production Manager at Themisch Group will support the Shop Foreman in coordinating day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Brockton, MA facility. This onsite role requires visibility on the shop floor and hands-on participation to maintain quality, throughput, and safety.

You will help schedule production, monitor job progress, track metrics, and resolve workflow issues before they disrupt output, partnering with production teams to drive efficient, high-end cabinet assembly.

Schedule

Manufacturing teams operate:
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM weekday production window
Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM when overtime is offered

This position may support extended production hours when operational needs require.
