Job summary

Moduline Aluminum Cabinets is seeking an Assistant Production Manager in Brockton, MA to support daily cabinet fabrication operations on-site. You’ll assist the Foreman with workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet targets and quality standards.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety, including adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Comfort working with basic tools, equipment, and shop environments; prior experience with fabrication or assembly is a plus.
  • Leadership potential, including the ability to support training, provide guidance and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, production systems); ERP or manufacturing software experience is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education in manufacturing or operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a production setting as needed for the role.

Role Description

The Assistant Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brockton, MA, supporting the daily operations of cabinet manufacturing and assembly. This role assists the Foreman in coordinating workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, resolving minor issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safety and compliance practices are followed. The Assistant Production Manager collaborates closely with production staff, quality control, and logistics to maintain efficient processes and on-time delivery.
