Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Team Leader with daily department operations.
• Develop knowledge of produce sourcing, seasonality, and quality standards.
• Inspect produce for freshness, quality, appearance, and proper handling.
• Help with ordering, inventory, product rotation, and stocking levels.
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked produce displays.
• Assist with training and guiding Produce Department associates.
• Support with monitoring quality, shrink, cleanliness, and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and produce-related recommendations.
