Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred (1 year).
• ServeSafe certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 80–85 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily produce department operations with Produce Manager.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all produce items.
• Manage inventory, ordering and replenishment based on trends.
• Train, supervise and coach staff for efficient operations.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain store merchandising and seasonal displays.
• Monitor sanitation and safety compliance throughout shift.
