You will support merchandising programs, inventory control, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery leadership.
• Ability to train staff and develop associates.
• Familiar with inventory, rotations, and merchandising.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations with focus on freshness, quality, and customer service.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure staff demonstrate product knowledge.
• Assist with executing merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and displays.
• Maintain full, fresh, clean, visually appealing produce displays at all times.
• Assist with product rotation, removing damaged items, and maintaining freshness standards.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, inspection, and compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Support labor scheduling and supervisor duties in absence of the Produce Manager.
