• Observes classrooms and performs walk through; conducts pre- and post-conference observations.
• Facilitates and attends various meetings.
• Handles attendance and truancy issues by meeting with students and calling parents.
• Supervises hallways and lunchrooms; oversees evening events and activities.
• Directs staff work, evaluates performance, schedules, and assists in hiring decisions.
• Manages the transportation program for the school.
• Supervises special education within building including curriculum development and paraprofessional oversight.
