Charter Schools USA invites applications for an Assistant Principal in Palm Springs, Florida. You will support the principal in leading daily school operations and instructional leadership, ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment for all students.

You will work to implement CSUSA's educational model, coordinate staff, and oversee programs to maximize student growth and achievement while maintaining compliance with state and CSUSA policies.

Responsabilités

• Assists the principal in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate in the school.
• Assists the principal in the overall administration of the school.
• Serves as principal in the absence of the regular principal.
• Develops and implements programs based on educational theory to meet school needs.
• Oversees instructional programs and assesses progress of students.
• Coordinates scheduling, staffing, and facility needs in support of the educational program.
• Participates in school-level activities to shape educational philosophy and goals.
• Maintains personnel records and reports in compliance with laws and CSUSA policies.

Master's degree (MA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent.

Professional Certification in Educational Leadership in Applicable State.
