Children’s Treehouse is seeking an Assistant Principal to partner with the Principal in daily operations, team development, and delivering a consistent classroom experience. You will help create a positive environment for children, families, and staff.

Ideal candidates are dependable, collaborative leaders with a passion for early childhood education, strong relationships, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, classroom-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and licensing requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Help run daily school operations and create a safe, engaging environment for children.
• Support teachers and classrooms, including stepping in when coverage is needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and provide a great experience.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and enrollment activities like tours.
• Coach and support teachers to help them succeed.
• Follow all safety, licensing, and school procedures.
