Job summary

Children’s Treehouse is seeking an Assistant Principal to collaborate with the Principal in Garland, TX, overseeing daily school operations and supporting staff to deliver a consistent, high‑quality classroom experience.

You will coach teachers, assist with scheduling and enrollment activities, and strengthen relationships with families while upholding licensing and safety requirements in a dynamic early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff.
• Able to lead, organize, and support teachers in a classroom-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily school operations with the Principal to ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.
• Support classrooms and provide coverage as needed to maintain consistency.
• Build strong relationships with families and provide a positive experience for all.
• Help with scheduling, staffing, and enrollment activities like tours and events.
• Coach teachers to improve classroom outcomes and staff development.
• Follow safety, licensing, and school procedures at all times.
