Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of successful teaching experience. Evidence of leadership ability.
• Educational Leadership certification; completion of Administrative Training Program or AP Preparation Program and FELE passing scores.

• Monitors student success and aligns curriculum, instruction, and assessment for accountability.
• Promotes positive learning culture and an effective instructional program with focus on foundational skills.
• Leads and manages operations: staff recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and discipline as needed.
• Manages organization, facilities, and resources; promotes a safe and efficient learning environment.
• Collaborates with families, community members, and businesses to engage resources.
• Collects and analyzes data for continuous school improvement.
