Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: support curriculum and assessment practices; assist with evaluations, coaching, observations, and PD.
• School Operations: assist in development and administration of policies; manage daily school operations.
• Student Services & Discipline: oversee behavior management and conduct investigations.
• Staff Supervision and Development: engage faculty in addressing learning challenges; facilitate meetings and planning.
• Family & Community Engagement: communicate with parents; represent the school at events and collaborate with community agencies.
