Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional and extracurricular activities aligned with district goals.
• Improve instructional program quality and school climate through supervision of instruction.
• Promote high standards for student and staff performance and behavior.
• Supervise curriculum implementation, lesson plan evaluation, and classroom observations.
• Ensure compliance with district policies, procedures, and state/federal requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to implement district vision and communicate with staff.
