Qualifications

• Valid NYS SBL or SAS certificate.
• Experience teaching and/or administrative work at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment and school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional programs to improve student achievement.
• Maintain a safe, positive school climate.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate student discipline, attendance, and restorative practices.
• Collaborate with counselors, social workers, and support staff to address student needs.
• Analyze student data to drive school improvement.
• Assist with building goals, improvement plans, and district initiatives.
• Foster relationships with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Support extracurricular programs and school events.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and operational functions of the high school.
