Qualifications

• Master's in Educational Leadership with Certification.
• Minimum of three years of successful public school teaching experience.
• Administrative or curriculum/instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum maps, updates, and alignment.
• Support PLCs with data to inform teaching decisions.
• Provide Power School/Performance Matters/Google support and training to teachers.
• Act as instructional coach for new teachers and conduct meetings.
• Serve as test coordinator for state and local testing.
• Evaluate teaching performance through walkthroughs and coaching.
• Lead student supervision and involvement in school events.
• Coordinate professional development based on current structure and needs.
