The role requires collaboration with students, parents, and staff, plus record-keeping and reporting. A Master’s degree and Michigan administrator certification are required, with a preferred Michigan Teacher Certificate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field.
• Michigan School Administrator Certification required.
• State of Michigan certification credits as per MSBOE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing and maintaining an effective educational program aligned with State and Federal guidelines.
• Meet and confer with students, parents, faculty and staff.
• Maintain records and files and prepare reports.
• Support district policy, school goals, and a positive learning environment.
